19, 2008 at The HESS Club in Houston, TX. The HESS Club is located at
5430 Westheimer, on the north side of the street between the Galleria and
Chimney Rock.
Morrie Beschloss, a 50 year veteran of the PVF industry, is now a feature writer for the business section of The Desert Sun, a Gannett newspaper, in Palm Springs, CA. Morrie has been very accurate in his recent forecasts of interest cuts, oil prices and many other sectors of interest to the PVF industry.
The October 30 meeting was another successful event with 125 spirited people attending. We welcomed people from Colorado, Canada and Louisiana who had made specific visits to Houston to attend our meeting. The social hour and dinner afforded members and guests the opportunity to network and it is obviously becoming the most popular segment of the meetings.
