We would like to remind everyone of our annual morning meeting at the ASA convention in Anaheim. The meeting is a joint effort of The PVF Roundtable and The Wholesaler magazine. The first meeting was held last year in Chicago and was well-received and attended by 125 people. Due to the superb response, The Wholesaler has adopted sponsorship of the event at each ASA annual meeting. The event will be held at the Marriott Hotel between 9:30-1130 AM on Friday, October 26, 2007. Please send us your RSVP so we can provide adequate facilities.
The PVF Roundtable will hold the next General Assembly Meeting at The HESS Club, 5430 Westheimer, Houston, TX 77056 on October 30, 2007. As usual, the very popular social hour will begin at 4:30 PM with an open bar sponsored by Westbrook Manufacturing.
The August 21, 2007 General Assembly Meeting
continued the record setting trend of the past two meetings with attendance of
130, the largest attendance ever recorded for an August meeting.
The
May 15 meeting of the PVF Roundtable was a resounding success. With an attendance in excess of 140 people,
it became the largest meeting in the history of the organization. Congratulations to the hard working Board of
Directors to create and mange such an outstanding event.
The General Assembly Meeting of June 20, 2006 featured two items of note: Morris Beschloss and The Wholesaler magazine added three new members to the PVF Hall of Fame: Affiliated Distributors, Ferguson and Westbrook Manufacturing. Plaques honoring these new members were presented to their representatives.
