| Anti-Trust Compliance It is the intention of The PVF Roundtable that all of its activities shall be conducted in conformance with all Federal Anti-Trust Laws. The following activities are of particular importance and concern. They shall be responded to as indicated below. Any effort undertaken, whether expressed or implied, that could be considered to restrain trade or to act as a barrier to commerce to any individual or group of individuals shall be avoided. Meetings of members will be structured. There should be proper notification, agenda and observance of rules of procedure and minutes taken of the meeting. Adherence to the business items on the agenda will avoid any appearance of conflict. Members must take special care to avoid making statements or engaging in conduct prohibited by Federal Anti-Trust Laws. Should members have any doubt concerning the propriety of any matters under discussion at such meetings, they must immediately disassociate themselves from the discussion and, if necessary, leave the meeting. The activities of The PVF Roundtable are open processes and are subject to the public domain. All correspondence and publications will be subject to review by The PVF Roundtable's Legal Counsel to ensure compliance with these objectives. Responsibility for compliance rests with every member of this industry group, together with any invited guest or other participant. Suspected violations of this notice should be communicated to the President of The PVF Roundtable, any Director or the designated Chairperson of the meeting. | Meeting
